All the companies in the BAG network will carry ratings. We will use a 5 Star rating mechanism, a rating for each category within the 5 categories that we believe will make or break a company.

The 5 Categories that make up the 5 star rating

1 .  Early Metrics Assessment of a Business

2 .  Non-financial Metrics (understanding of the business model, corporate governance, understanding of the overall landscape including competition among others) Assessment of a Business

3 .  Financial metrics assessment of a business

4 .  Assessment of people behind the business, the work culture, and overall teamwork

5 .  Team ability to execute the plans

This assessment process and rating mechanism is designed to give potential investors a lot of comfort, in terms of their ability to get to know a company and people behind the company. Companies who get onboarded with BAG will get this rating.

“BAG private investment club”

We are offerings an annual fee of GBP 199 for pre-qualified investor. Having paid members gives businesses looking to raise capital good comfort because most likely paid members won’t waste time. Investors will get benefit from BAG private clubs which will allow them to syndicate a fund raise or even sell their stake in a company to other investors in the private club. BAG’s 5-star rating mechanism is a strong value add service for investors and corporates within the BAG private investors club”.
